This year’s bridal shower dubbed ‘Samantha well woman weekend’ is all about taking better care of ourselves as women. Being the breast cancer month, we are giv¬ing women a chance to have free breast screening, mammography and cervical pap smears.

Destined to feature products, services and treatments relating to women’s everyday life and well being, the event will provide the perfect venue to help women selectively pick and choose their healthcare provider by providing guidance on information relating to screening, which hospitals and clinics they can go to, who is the appropriate specialist for each condition, how much treatment cost and a wealth of information on general awareness surrounding female health.

The wedding dress ball
The wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and involves a lot of organization and planning in the weeks and months ahead. When the day finally arrives, time flies by and the wedding is over too fast.
But after the wedding, what happens to these treasured gowns?

Here comes a chance to re-live the experience in slow motion, to appreciate how fabulous we all look in our wedding get ups. The events highlight will be a catwalk featuring dresses from different decades from the 1930’s all the way to the millennial.
Now is the time to hit the gym and start taking better care of your health because guess what? the oldest bride to fit in her dress wins a prize; women are encouraged to bring their granddaughters, daughters and nieces or relatives to wear the dress on their behalf if they can no longer fit.

We are funding the incredible work already being carried out by Kenya Breast Health Program, widely recognized as the nations leading catalyst in the fight against breast cancer. Join us at the Samantha’s Wedding Dress Ball to raise awareness and fund¬ing for breast health programs in our country.
