WHAT WENT DOWN AT THE JULY SAMANTHAS BRIDAL EXPO

The recently concluded Samanthas bridal wedding expo was marked with pomp and color as the leading vendors in the wedding industry upped their game to ensure that they meet the demands of the visitors coming to the expo. Brides had the chance to experience fashion, and meet some of the best vendors in the wedding industry who assisted them not only to plan their day but also had a chance to buy their wedding and evening gowns with up to 70% off their original retail price cut off. The event concluded with some of the vendors receiving awards for their relentless efforts in ensuring that they offer quality service to their clients.

The highlights at the Samantha’s bridal Fair 2018

The recently concluded Samanthas bridal wedding fair was marked with pomp and glamour as the leading players in the wedding industry upped their game to match up with the align with the be your own bride theme. This exciting 3-day event was filled with fashion, beauty and style as excited brides and grooms-to-be descended upon the Sarit Center Exhibition hall in their thousands to see the latest trends in the wedding industry.
The highlight was the catwalk where elegant models stepped out in stunning gowns designed by leading fashion designers in Kenya like Ogake, Peggy Onyango of Peggy O fashion, Realto Fashions, Angel Smiles House of Designs, as well as Laurelle Bridal Gowns. The climax of the event was the bold, beautiful and romantic snippets of the Cinderella ballet performance by the Karen Dance School, which was incorporated at the catwalk. The graceful ballerinas wowed the audience with their electric performance and none of them could deny the beauty of ballet in their own nuptial!

#TBT: SAMANTHA’S LAUNCH AND GALA NIGHT THE YEAR 2005

The event, which took place in 2005, was sponsored by Nivea and more than 400 couples,engaged to be married or planning their wedding, participated in the groundbreaking event. You cant step foot on the catwalk these days without merging cultures and ideas together. The Asians bridal show set the tone for the rest of the evening succinctly and beautifully. It was exciting to see the models bringing the vibrant spirit of Asian fashion with them. It was good to see an African model in a sari, and feeling sassy in it. We predict fantastic things for the sari in the coming months in the African bridal market. After the show the guests wanted to buy the clothes off the models. Putting together the grand finale of the Samantha gala dinner at the prestigious hotel intercontinental, the organizers had one thing common. For you to leave the show full of ideas and inspiration and make sure you enjoy all things bride and beautiful.
